Elevate FI was founded on a simple observation: FIs like credit unions are investing millions in digital transformation and seeing minimal returns.

Not because they lack vision. Not because they don't care about members. But because they're caught in an impossible trap: Big consulting firms leave them with strategy decks they can't execute. Technology vendors sell them tools they can't integrate. Marketing agencies run campaigns that don't build sustainable growth.

Mark Deep

Co-Founder & Partner

Mark is a marketing and product growth leader and former Chief Marketing Officer of Canada’s largest and most successful challenger bank. With experience advising both disruptors and traditional financial institutions, he has built customer acquisition engines at scale, led customer experience transformations, and developed and scaled products to drive loyalty.

His work sits at the intersection of customer insight, product strategy, and brand building—helping organizations sharpen value propositions, improve digital journeys, and align teams around what customers truly need.

Today, Mark partners with leadership teams to design and accelerate scalable growth engines, integrating brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, lifecycle marketing, and experience design into systems that perform—so teams move faster, execute smarter and grow with purpose.

Louis Cho

Louis was Chief Experience Officer at one of Canada's largest credit unions and one of Canada's largest national professional associations, where he led customer experience strategy and digital transformation at institutional scale.

He's spent his career at leading brands building systems that turn customer insights into measurable business outcomes. As a CX expert, Louis understands the gap between what customers need and what organizations actually deliver, and he knows how to close it through systematic design and execution. He's implemented experience frameworks, digital journeys, and engagement systems across organizations ranging from startups to established institutions.

Louis brings the customer-centric thinking and execution rigor that ensures growth systems acquire the right customers and keep them engaged over the long term.
